SilkRoad charges flat shipping rates, based on where we are shipping and how quickly you'd like to receive your package.

Important Notice
Sometimes for Europe and other countries there is a high custom clearance fees like 20%in their countries with courier air shipments please be aware. Silkroad is not responsible from such charges! Please prefer National Post PTT instead. Most likely it will pass easily but still there is a chance to be taxed.
There is no customs clearance fee for USA for parcels below $800.- purchase, sent with air courier shipments.
To United States standard PTT parcel delivery is Eur 10.- in 3-4 weeks; express courier delivery Eur 30.- in 4-6 business days.
To Europe standard PTT parcel delivery is Eur 10.- in 2-3 weeks; express courier delivery Eur 30.- in 4-6 business days.
All Other International standard PTT parcel delivery is Eur 10.- in 3-4 weeks; express courier delivery Eur 30.- in 4-6 business days.
Turkey, Domestic PTT is Eur 5.- delivery in 5-8 business days, express Kargo Eur 5.- in 2-3 business days.
Free Delivery:
All international parcels are Free over 100.- euro purchases with PTT 3-4 week delivery. Free for express delivery over 150.- euros purchases.
For domestic parcels inside Turkey Free for PTT over 20.- euro purchases, and Free Kargo delivery over 50.- euros purchases.
Store pickup is available for all orders except on Sundays. Opening hours is between 15.00am to 11.30pm

We use www.kargogo.com UPS/Fedex/TNT for our international packages. it is safe reliable and easy service. Usually ships within 4-6 business days worldwide. Your tracking code will be sent to you after your purchase by mail.
Shipping Times and companies for Turkey
Express: Typically 2 business days by Yurtiçi, Aras, Mng Kargo
We ship online orders from Monday - Friday. Orders are processed but not shipped on the weekends and national bank holidays. Orders placed by 2:30 pm GMT+3 will typically ship the same day but are guaranteed to ship by the next business day.
Statement on International Shipping Rates & Customs
Standard: Global priority packages are not insurable, so unfortunately, SilkRoad cannot be responsible for lost packages. We make every effort to fit packages in the required envelope for Eur 30.- shipping. If orders do not fit in the envelope, extra shipping charges may apply. You will be charged the difference upon shipping.
Expedited and Express: The rate we quote here is for a 5-pound package and includes insurance up to 300 US dollars, plus tracking. If your package exceeds this weight or does not fit into the flat rate envelope provided by Kargogo.com, you will be charged additional shipping.
Gifts: We’re sorry, Silkroad cannot mark international packages as "gift.” It’s against the law. :)
Customs Fees: SilkRoad does not collect customs fees. Each country has different parameters for customs fees and you may be charged by your local customs office.
